How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
All products are ready for instant dispatch, i.e. UK Mail can deliver your parcel within about 2-5 working days. Please be advised that delivery times may be longer during promotions due to an increase in total order volume.
Which courier will deliver my parcel?
Your parcel will be delivered quickly, securely and at low cost via UK Mail.
Can I track my order?
After your parcel has been dispatched to UK Mail, you will receive a tracking code via e-mail, which you can use to track your order.
What do I do if I want to return one or several items?
Goods cannot be exchanged. All items bought from HALLHUBER may be returned within 14 days in the UK. The deadline for returns begins on the day the package is delivered. In order to process your returns as quickly as possible, we would ask that you return items in as complete a condition as possible in the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that the packaging you use provides suitable protection against transportation damage in order to avoid claims for damages resulting from insufficient packaging. If possible, please fill in the returns slip that is included in every consignment properly so that we can process your returns as quickly as possible. Refunds will generally be made within a few days, in dependence on the payment method you used for your order.
What methods of payment are available?
We accept the following methods of payment: Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Maestro and PayPal.
We are currently working on being able to offer additional payment methods.
How much do I pay for delivery?
Regardless of the total value of your order, we charge a fixed amount of £ 7.95 for postage and packaging. This partially covers the costs of postage and packaging – HALLHUBER pays the rest for you. Delivery costs may be lower or not applicable depending on individual promotions. They will be displayed directly in your shopping basket.
Which countries does HALLHUBER deliver to?
We can deliver your order to any address in United Kingdom. If no alternative delivery address is provided, your items will be delivered to the invoicing address. We do not deliver to post office boxes. If you would like your items delivered to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France or Norway, please switch to the relevant online shop. Delivery to other countries is currently not possible.
How can I sign up for the newsletter?
You can subscribe to our newsletter on our website. The newsletter will inform you regularly of news and trends. IMPORTANT: You will then receive an e-mail with a confirmation link. This enables you to confirm that you are the owner of the e-mail address (double opt-in procedure). This avoids e-mail addresses being used fraudulently by third parties.
