Not only do sustainable products meet our high ecological standards in the production process, but they also need to be durable. To combat the phenomenon of fast fashion, our garments should become favourite pieces that are a pleasure to wear for years to come.
This goal is reflected in our choice of materials: We rely on robust fabrics which are also soft to the touch. Depending on the seasonal demands on the properties of the fabric, we use natural fibres such as thermo-regulating organic cotton and linen, as well as heat-insulating wool. We obtain cellulose fibres such as EcoVero™ viscose or Tencel™ lyocell from our long-standing partner LENZING™, whose focus lies on procuring raw materials from sustainable forestry.
We also place great emphasis on recycling because reusing polyester, wool and viscose reduces waste, energy use and CO2 emissions – without compromising on the wear properties of a material.

„Taking a conscious approach to the issues of sustainability, innovation and fairness in our cooperation with our partners is part of our everyday work in product development. Our goal is to put together countless green puzzle pieces in order to make a meaningful contribution to the big picture.“

What does think forward mean?
We want to make our approaches and processes transparent. The “think forward” label is found on all products which have already been produced from sustainable raw materials as well as under extremely resource-friendly conditions today. 40% of our collection is made up of think forward items and that amount is constantly increasing.
